Asia Express – the season where nothing is impossible: live octopus on a plate, scorching heat, storms and snow
The Road of Heroes begins on Antena 1, September 7th, at 8:00 PM!
A brand-new season of the most intense adventure reality show kicks off on September 7th, at 8:00 PM, on Antena 1. Asia Express – The Road of Heroes will air four nights in a row – Sunday through Wednesday – promising viewers a spectacular route, filled with unexpected challenges and powerful emotions.

“Get ready for a fabulous adventure! The new season of Asia Express – The Road of Heroes invites you on a complete journey. From the very first step, the show comes alive, becoming wilder, more unpredictable, and more unique with every kilometer. Our route begins in the heart of the Philippines, where contrasts are stunning: vibrant cities, villages lost in the jungle, and islands that look like they came out of a dream. From there, the journey takes us to Vietnam – a land of strength and beauty, where every market, every dusty road, and every smile becomes part of an intense adventure. And finally, the road reaches its peak in South Korea – modern, dazzling, and full of surprises. A place where tradition and the future dance together in a one-of-a-kind spectacle. From extreme challenges to moments of grace, The Road of Heroes is a splendid and complete experience: culture, emotion, tension, and discovery, all woven into an unparalleled show,” says Marius Damian, the narrator who has been exploring every path at the edge of the world for eight seasons.
The teams will set off on a memorable journey through the Philippines, Vietnam, and South Korea. Although the first two countries have appeared on the Asia Express map before, contestants will now discover entirely new locations, while South Korea joins the route with its unmistakable cultural and urban energy.
The Road of Heroes is, more than ever, a test of adaptability. Contestants will face extreme and extraordinary situations: tasting legendary local dishes – from the infamous balut to live octopus, riding on rail carts, crossing deserts, discovering Manila’s inhabited cemetery – a one-of-a-kind place on Earth, exploring cultural and historical experiences – from memories of the Vietnam War to the K-pop phenomenon – and enduring extreme weather conditions, from heavy rain to blazing heat, and even snow in South Korea.
Every stage will bring a new lesson in courage, resilience, and teamwork, while the road to the grand prize in Seoul will turn into a true adventure of modern-day heroes.
