From August 22, Antena Stars weekend shows return with new seasons
The weekend shows on Antena Stars — Family Party, The Romanian Dream – International Success, The Unseen World, Spynews TV, Behind the Scenes, Xtra Night Show and Celebrity Vacation — are returning to viewers with new seasons packed with engaging content.
Every Saturday, starting at 7:00 p.m., Mirela Vaida continues the celebration on Antena Stars with a new season of Family Party. “We’re back on August 22 on Antena Stars with two and a half hours of music, dancing, humor and joy. It’s a show about us, Romanians, just as we are: people who work, love, struggle, fall and get back up, but who never forget to sing, laugh and enjoy life. We bring together artists and celebrities, family stories, music from all genres and authentic Romanian folk music, but above all, that feeling so dear to us: that we are among our own. On Saturday evening, we’re celebrating together again!”
Also starting August 22, at 4:00 p.m., Mădălina Bălan returns with The Romanian Dream – International Success, bringing viewers new inspiring stories about Romanians who have conquered every corner of the world. “After a month of filming in America, I’m coming back with exclusives that even those in Hollywood couldn’t get. Together with Oana Ciolacu, a successful Romanian woman living in the United States, I gained access to Michael Jackson’s world and secured an exclusive interview with his designer, friend and right-hand man, Michael Bush. I discovered how billionaires live in Idaho, experienced Las Vegas at the highest level, and met Lia Roberts, the only Romanian to become president of the Republican Party in Nevada. In Los Angeles, I also met successful Romanians and the creator of the turbines that have reached space, both through NASA and Elon Musk’s company, SpaceX. Starting Saturday, I invite you to dream together!”
In addition, The Unseen World returns to Antena Stars on August 22, at 2:00 p.m., with a new season filled with revelations and captivating stories. Guided by Dana Bălăceanu, viewers will discover advice from specialists and perspectives designed to offer them a new vision of the world and of themselves. “Beyond what we see, there is a world waiting to be discovered. In the new season, we look forward to welcoming you with important topics, special guests and stories that inspire us to look beyond appearances and discover new perspectives on life. Spynews TV, hosted by Mara Bănică and Marius Niță and broadcast every Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Antena Stars, is also returning with a new season. The show delves into the lives and stories of celebrities and brings back into the spotlight the life stories of great artists and personalities who are no longer with us, in a special segment filmed at their final resting places. Mara Bănică says: “This is already the sixth season of Spynews TV, which says a lot! The fact that the audience still wants to see us on television and that this show remains one of their weekend favorites motivates all of us to be better! It’s the show closest to my heart. We travel back in time, discover unknown stories about some of Romania’s greatest artists, as well as emotional stories about the journeys of younger artists on their way to success! Behind the Scenes, airing every Saturday and Sunday at 5:00 p.m., is also returning to Antena Stars with a new season. We go beyond the cameras and behind the scenes of the network’s shows, discover guests in surprising situations and bring to light exclusives, never-before-seen moments and untold stories that viewers have never seen before.
Xtra Night Show returns with even more energy, humor and entertaining stories from the world of showbiz. Diana Bart and Andrei Ștefănescu make up an effervescent duo ready to bring viewers a fresh mix of entertainment, spontaneity and memorable moments. Diana Bart says: “With joy and enthusiasm, we’re already embarking on the second season of Xtra Night Show! The show is taking shape more and more through high-profile guests and authentic stories from the worlds of art, culture and politics. Starting September 12, every Saturday at 3:00 p.m., new mom Laura Cosoi will take viewers to surprising destinations on Celebrity Vacation on Antena Stars, with stories that inspire a desire to travel. “I’m very excited that we’ve already come this far with this project, which is so close to my heart. I’m very happy to be returning to the filming set, even though I had an unusual vacation with my children, spending most of it at home. I admit that I’m longing for new destinations. I can’t wait to draw inspiration from my guests. I’m convinced that the new season will be at least as spectacular as the previous ones and, of course, I’m very happy that we continue to be watched by such a large audience.
