X Factor judge Puya recalls his first appearance on stage:”I never thought this would be my job!
X Factor, the phenomenal talent show that launched the most artists on the Romanian music market, returns with a new season Sunday, from 08PM, on Antena 1. Delia, Puya, Marius Moga and Ştefan Bănică were captivated by extraordinary voices, incredible stories and surprises at every turn.
Spectacular contestants presented themselves in front of the new generation of X Factor jurors, both excited and eager to convince that they have all the ingredients of a superstar and can perform to the power of X, without age or musical style being an impediment. For most of them, the X Factor stage represents the first interaction with the audience, so their experiences led the judges of the show to remember, in turn, how it was for them to appear for the first time on a stage.
"You know the difference between what we were doing when we launched and what they're doing now? It's because we had no stake. I wasn't hoping to ever have a music video or make money from this, I never thought this would be my job. Even now, when I walk down the street and see my house, I can't believe that I bought it from music, I am very honest. And this created a relaxation for me that I learned how to use. Only when we made the first single, only then the pressure started to appear. You have to keep your naivety and your wish to make music. And, above all, always be prepared for a "no". I'm always ready for no! The more prepared you are for this part, the more relaxed and calmer you are on stage!" revealed the X Factor judge, Puya.
The newest season of X Factor Romania, which will premiere on Sunday, 08PM, on Antena 1, brings Delia, Puya, Marius Moga and Ştefan Bănică in the jury, in a unique competition that will make the viewers part of an unforgettable show. The four jurors will try to discover the X factor and attract it to their group, in order to win the big trophy and the big prize worth 100,000 Euros. Extraordinary voices and special life stories will be found in the performance season of the talent show from Antena 1, the only format in which both soloists and groups at the beginning of their careers can participate.
