The culinary show that turns every dish into a true story, Hello Chef, returns with Season 11: The Taste Competition – Grandma’s Flavor! On a day dedicated to love, Saturday, February 14, at 2:15 PM, on Antena 1 and AntenaPLAY, viewers are invited to fall in love all over again with the dishes found in grandma’s kitchen. Chef Roxana Blenche and Chef Samuel le Torriellec invite those watching from home to feel the nostalgia of times when the smell of food and the voices of loved ones wrapped them in the love that only family can offer.
Very often, food reminds us of moments that have remained deeply imprinted in our souls. A taste, a smell, a recipe - all of these can take us through different emotions, and our thoughts can carry us back to our grandmother’s kitchen of long ago. Hello Chef takes us on a journey through time, and each episode will bring a story told through food. Thus, the plates become reinterpretations of childhood memories, and traditions are carried forward by both the chefs and their guests.

The format will present an intimate, authentic, and emotional atmosphere, as well as challenges that the show’s hosts will take on. The guests will set the tone: each will come with two childhood dishes prepared by their grandparents. The chefs will draw lots and then prepare the recipes in their own style, keeping the essence but adding a modern touch. Of the two recipes, only one will be chosen - the one that touched each guest’s soul.
